• Shipping is free on orders of four or more products. You may mix and match any gluten free products as they are all the same cost.

• Product Safety: All products are baked in a GFCO certified, dedicated gluten free bakery.  We have regular testing protocols for both ingredients and products to help ensure the safety of customers.

• Clean Label: We offer a short, fully clean ingredient panel.  All breads are made without chemical preservatives.  Customers should be able to recognize and pronounce everything that they find in our ingredient deck.

• Allergens: No Soy, No Dairy, No Nuts, No Wheat…. The only big 8 allergen found in our bread is egg.

• Packaging: MAP packaging. Stands for modified atmosphere packaging.  During the packaging process, oxygen is removed from the inner package, allowing us to control mold without adding chemicals to the bread.  This leads to less wasted bread, less wasted packaging and less trucking to replace bad loaves.
• Quality ingredients: We use tapioca syrup which is a low glycemic index sugar, olive oil, whole and ancient grains, and non GMO corn starch.
